Operations
Mobilisation of the project is a key component in the ongoing success of the first weeks of a contract.
DCL develops a detailed moblisation plan which demonstrates the strategic approach we take to ensure the successful coordination and deployment of stock, supplies, linen, vehicles and operational personnel to the remote site in an orderly and timely manner to ensure the project starts on time and within budget.
DCL’s quality standards system is certified against ISO 9001:2008 (Catering & Management Systems). Our quality plan identifies areas such as our hazard control of our food operational procedures (HACCP), goods ordered and receivable plus all the relevant processes and procedures relating to maintaining all our quality standards on site.
We have worked in a number of locations within remote Western Australia, the North-West, Eastern Goldfields, South-West land division and most major regional centres.
Recent remote site contracts include various Camp sites for Main Roads north east of Broome; the Water Corporation in the Goldfields; Mega Uranium at Lake Maitland; ATW Gold south east of Meekatharra; and First Quantum Minerals (Nickel) in Ravensthorpe WA.

DCL believes in partnering with our Client to ensure all your needs are met by the one supplier for the project duration allowing you to focus on your core business.
As well as the standard site services, DCL can operate and manage most other services clients want to outsource that are not considered "core business".
